Owner/SupplementorJacob was raised in Texas before moving to Arkansas with his parents and five siblings. Growing up in a large family helped shape his strong work ethic, resilience, and team-focused mindset.
Over six years as a field insurance adjuster, Jacob has handled a wide range of property claims across the country, including hurricane, flood, hail, wind, tornado, and sewer backup losses. This hands-on experience provides a deep understanding of both carrier expectations and contractor needs.
Jacob’s background includes scheduling and conducting inspections, evaluating damages, and managing claims from initial assessment through resolution. Today, Jacob applies that expertise to support contractors and businesses by managing files from near start to finish—ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and maximum claim potential before final invoicing.
Jacob specializes in supplementing claims and negotiating approvals, helping clients secure fair and complete settlements. In addition to file handling, Jacob provides strategic guidance on best practices for navigating the claims process, improving outcomes, and avoiding common pitfalls.

Nathanael was raised on a farm in Arkansas and joined the Army in 2017, serving 4½ years as a Tanker. After leaving the military, Nathanael earned a Bachelor of Science degree, but soon discovered his true passion while working in Minnesota selling storm restoration door-to-door. Nathanael realized he excelled at documenting damage and managing details, which led him to pursue a career as a consultant and estimator for contractors. Today, Nathanael remains dedicated to this work and strives every day to improve the industry through precision, professionalism, and process-driven solutions.

Office AdministratorKayla was born and raised in Minnesota, Kayla holds an Associate’s Degree in Arts, a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and is a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant with two years of experience in the healthcare field.
After marrying her husband, Jacob, in October of 2025, she transitioned into working alongside him in his supplementing company. Under Jacob’s guidance, she has learned the tools and systems the business uses and now supports the team by handling administrative tasks and helping keep daily operations organized and running smoothly.
